Traveling Mixologist!
I've worked in the restaurant business my whole life. And was given the responsibility of training and managing others as early as 16 years old. I later earned my Bachelor's Degee in Restaurant Management from Kendall College and spent my career in fine dining restaurants around the suburbs of Chicago. My last position of 14 years was as the General Manager of Harry Caray’s Italian Steakhouse in Rosemont before moving full time to the beautiful Harbor Country area in SW Michigan.
I have spent the last decade+ as a restaurant consultant, which had me traveling around the country where I had the amazing opportunity to work with and learn from the stars and experts from the Bar Rescue show. I quickly learned their techniques and began crafting bar menus for restaurants. Having spent my whole life training people in the front-of-the-house, it was a very natural progression to become a mixology instructor... and now I am here to bring these skills to you!
